Job summary

The Kallang Group provides field operations support in the Philippines for tenders, stadium maintenance, turf movement and events. This executive role focuses on handling administrative workload to allow the team to concentrate on planning, contractor management, tenders and event delivery.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, paperwork, and coordination with internal departments and stakeholders, contributing to smooth operations across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Facilities Management, Operations or related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines; good communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational matters for the Field Operations team.
• Assist with paperwork, reports, documentation and tracking for ongoing operations and events.
• Support tender and procurement activities, including preparation and coordination of supporting documents.
• Assist with nursery turf movement, scheduling and coordination between the nursery and stadiums.
• Support event preparation, execution and post-event activities across venues.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and stakeholders on operational matters.
