Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Events Logistics Coordinator for a 12-month contract with a possibility to extend or go permanent. The role sits at our Innovation Center and will be the operational backbone behind high-profile executive visits.

You will partner with Strategic Program Managers, Executive Consultants and C-suite presenters to execute flawless engagements, manage calendars, and stage boardroom environments for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event coordination, executive support, or high-touch customer experience management.
• Proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft 365, and enterprise scheduling tools.
• Strong composure under pressure with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics, room setups, catering, digital signage and vendor relations for executive spaces.
• Coordinate complex scheduling, agendas, subject matter experts, and live content for multiple programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Facilities to create high-impact experiences for global stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements, manage budgets, and lead special initiative tiger teams.
