HRTX is seeking a CFO / Country Finance Head for their Shared Service hub in Mandaluyong. This strategic role involves overseeing financial operations, driving performance and governance while managing a high-performing finance organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of financial leadership experience, including 5 in an executive role, with a strong background in international accounting standards and multi-million dollar budget management. This position offers a hybrid work setup with 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 5 years in a senior executive capacity in Shared Services or BPO.
• Understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations of the Shared Services hub.
• Act as a core member of the country leadership team.
• Lead and govern the migration of local finance functions.
