Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and admission requirements to support service planning.
• Develop partnerships to grow the business through market research and opportunities.
• Build and strengthen referrals with medical institutions, healthcare professionals, and agencies.
• Oversee referrals, concierge services, and customer service processes for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain resident databases, produce communications, and manage feedback systems.
• Contribute to policy and marketing program development to support operations.
• Manage departmental budgets and prepare reports; guide Associates (Cares) and staff training.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
