Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Smart, resourceful, and able to think logically under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in warehouse/logistics operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Coordinate warehouse schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and organize inventory- and operations-related records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Assist in process improvements and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
