NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant with expertise in video editing and marketing to support its leadership team. The role blends high‑level administrative duties with hands‑on video production using industry tools.

You will manage calendars, travel, and correspondence, coordinate campaigns, edit promo videos, maintain CRM data, and contribute to social media efforts. A portfolio is preferred; collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role in a creative/marketing environment.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Social media account experience preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software with a portfolio showcasing editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in creating and editing professional videos for marketing and promotion using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute campaigns, including social media content, newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for video production and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for video projects and executive correspondence.
• Assist in event planning for virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Update the CRM.
• Run and update social media accounts.
