Peregrine is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO in Metro Manila. This role goes beyond calendar management, serving as a trusted business partner to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
You will handle confidential information, manage communications with internal teams and external stakeholders, arrange domestic and international travel, and support regional growth.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO.
This role goes beyond calendar management—it serves as a trusted business partner, ensuring seamless executive operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive-level reports and presentations, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to support day-to-day coordination with regional teams and international business partners.
Manage the CEO\'s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and track action items.
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure timely execution of priorities.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, proposals, and board materials.
Coordinate strategic projects and monitor progress across multiple teams.
Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion.
Manage executive correspondence and prioritize incoming requests.
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
Support executive meetings with investors, business partners, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
Organize leadership meetings, company events, and executive off-site sessions.
Conduct business research and prepare materials to support executive decision-making.
Continuously improve executive processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written); able to use both languages in a professional business environment.
At least 5 years of experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or other C-level executive.
Strong experience managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, and business administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate executive needs.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software.
Experience preparing executive reports, presentations, and business documents.
Experience supporting executives in gaming, iGaming, technology, fintech, or digital entertainment companies.
Experience working with multinational or regional leadership teams.
Familiarity with project management and business planning tools.
Experience supporting board meetings or executive committee activities.
Work closely with the CEO of a fast-growing digital entertainment and gaming company.
