Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a confident, commercially minded EA (Outreach & Marketing) to run outreach for two clients from a fully remote setup, covering UK morning and afternoon shifts. You will manage emails, meetings, and CRM data while crafting on-brand copy for outreach and social content.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in EA/VA or marketing-support roles, with LinkedIn outreach, HubSpot CRM, Canva design, and strong written English. The role is 35 hours weekly, aligned to UK hours BST/GMT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in EA/VA/Marketing/Lead Gen supporting founders, CEOs, agencies or professional-services businesses.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and automation tools.
• CRM management experience (HubSpot ideal).
• Copywriting for outreach and social media; Canva design for posts and adverts.
• Inbox management and light finance admin (invoice chasing); basic marketing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Client A (UK mornings): Manage inbox with warm, confident tone; prepare for meetings; take notes; follow up.
• Set up and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns in Dripify; keep HubSpot contacts and pipeline up to date; follow up outbound leads; answer questions about membership; light credit control and invoice chasing.
• Client B (UK afternoons): Research and build prospect lists of Airbnb hosts and property owners in West London and surroundings; write outreach messages; create and schedule social content; refresh copy and creatives for print adverts; produce graphics in Canva; track outreach in a CRM; support ad-performance reporting.
• Maintain and improve prospecting data accuracy; adjust messaging by founder/landlord tone; monitor campaign results; present insights for messaging improvements.

Position Overview

• We are looking for a confident, commercially minded EA (Outreach & Marketing) who runs outreach for two clients: writing well, keeping CRMs clean and producing on-brand content. Client A is the more relationship-facing, admin-led half. Client B is the more creative, marketing-led half. The candidate must be comfortable in both

Responsibilities

Client A (UK mornings)

• Manage the inbox and correspondence in Client As warm, confident brand tone.
• Prepare for meetings, take notes and send follow-ups.
• Set up and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns in Dripify.
• Manage HubSpot: keep contacts and pipeline up to date and follow up outbound leads.
• Answer prospective members questions about membership.
• Light credit control and invoice chasing.

Client B (UK afternoons)

• Research and build prospect lists of Airbnb hosts, short-let landlords and property owners in West London, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
• Find contact routes and prepare accurate outreach data.
• Write and personalise outreach messages for prospective landlords.
• Create and schedule social content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Refresh copy and creative for premium print magazine adverts.
• Produce branded graphics and variations in Canva.
• Track outreach activity, replies and lead status in a spreadsheet or CRM.
• Support ad-performance reporting and suggest messaging improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 + years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Lead Generation Assistant or similar, supporting founders, CEOs, agencies or professional-services businesses.
• Demonstrable experience in:
  • LinkedIn outreach, ideally with an automation tool
  • CRM management (HubSpot ideal)
  • Copywriting for outreach and social media
  • Canva design for social posts and adverts
  • Inbox management and light finance admin (invoice chasing)
  • Basic marketing reporting
• Technical Tools: LinkedIn, HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, spreadsheets; preferred: Dripify (or a similar LinkedIn automation tool), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook; and nice to have: Meta ads, Google ads
• Excellent written English and confident, professional communication.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Writes persuasive but non-pushy outreach, and can adjust tone for founders and landlords.
• Available for a full UK-hours shift (Philippine’s evening into night)

Salary: PHP 45, 000

Work Set-up: Fully Remote | Full-time

Holiday Allowance with paid time off

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, UK hours (BST/GMT) w/ 1 hr dinner break between
