Executive Virtual Assistant – Global Stakeholders

Role Overview
Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders and global stakeholders across regions. Manages complex schedules, communications, and coordination across time zones while ensuring confidentiality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and international schedules across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate communications between executives and internal/external global stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for leadership meetings.
- Arrange travel, logistics, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Track action items, projects, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support process improvements to enhance executive and stakeholder efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders / global teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across different cultures and time zones is an advantage.
