Qualifications

Job description
Organizes the COO’s day-to-day activities – his meetings and appointments to ensure his time is maximized. Ensures an updated electronic calendar and availability of links to different meeting applications (Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams);
Assists in preparation and consolidation of reports by ensuring all information from other departments are accurate and submitted on time based on the agreed dates / time;
Collaborate with, and sometimes lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, commissary, HR and Procurement) to ensure they all adhere to committed deadlines on submissions of reports;
With good communication skills both verbal and written, including timely and accurate documentation of Minutes of the Meeting (MoM) of all regular and ad-hoc meetings of the COO;
Provide support in special projects under the COO and may be assigned to travel as needed;
High level of integrity and are able to keep confidential information and documents secured.
Job Specification
