About the role

Join the DHL Summit Solutions Inc. team as a full-time Execution Coordinator in Quezon City. In this key role, you will be responsible for efficient transport planning is done at the highest service level at minimal cost-to-serve and performs trip creation.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and minimize costs
• Monitor and track the performance of our fleet of delivery addressing any issues or delays
• Coordination with clients to understand their transportation needs and requirements
• Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to the delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transportation activities
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
