Job summary

PeopleStrong in the Philippines seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise and execute construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Job Description

The Civil Execution function will be responsible for supervising and executing construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The team will coordinate with planning, QA/QC, survey, procurement, billing, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of civil works. Responsibilities include monitoring daily progress, resource deployment, material utilization, productivity, and work sequencing; ensuring adherence to method statements, inspection requirements, and contractual specifications; resolving site execution issues; maintaining site records and progress reports; verifying work quantities; supporting measurement and billing activities; ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; and delivering construction milestones within approved timelines while optimizing resources and maintaining project objectives.
