Job summary

INFINITY SPORTS INTERNATIONAL, INC. is seeking a Project Engineer (Civil) to plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering and construction activities in Metro Manila.

You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with project specs and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, is a licensed Civil Engineer where required, has 3–5 years of experience, and is proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, Primavera P6, and related tools to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is preferred where licensure is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing construction projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise site activities and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

About the role

The Project Engineer (Civil) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising civil engineering and construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion

• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved

• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation

• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and resource allocation

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) is required in countries where licensure is mandatory

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management

• Proven experience managing construction projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Understanding of project scheduling, cost estimation, and budgeting

• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
