Job summary

The Blue Leaf Events Spaces in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an Events Specialist to orchestrate and execute events aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility across our venues.

You will handle end-to-end sales cycle tasks, coordinate with colleagues and departments, and maintain strong relationships with event partners to ensure superb guest experiences. The role emphasizes attention to brand standards and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and execute events aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility.
• Manage sales cycle tasks including phone calls, ocular inspections, emails, proposals, and contracts, and ensure proper receipts are issued.
• Maintain event-related documentation and secure client feedback to improve experiences.
• Collaborate on brand identity elements such as dress code/uniforms and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Gather client feedback and perform post-event reviews to inform product development.
• Support relationships with event service providers, caterers, and other partners.
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to other tasks in the best interest of The Blue Leaf.

1. Sales Target & Integrity of Sales Cycle

• Phone Cycle
• Ocular Inspection
• E-mail, Proposals, Contracts
• Receiving of payments and proper issuing of receipts
• Proper filing of documents (Actual Event Folder and Drive T)
• Customer Feedback
• Time Motion Study for customer experience

2. Sales Manual & Brand Identity

4. Product Development

• Shares client feedback on products with Events Manager
• Competition Check on other establishments

5. Event Service Provider Relations

• Helps Events Manager to Maintain Relationships with Caterers
