Job summary

U-Events Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dynamic Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of corporate events, MICE activities, product launches, conferences, and other client events.

You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage budgets, guide the events team and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery, profitability, and outstanding client satisfaction.

A strong sense of urgency and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, MICE activities, product launches, conferences, and other client events.
• Manage client relationships, meetings, event proposals, creative concepts, program flows, presentations, and execution plans.
• Oversee event budgets, costing, profitability, resource allocation, and supplier negotiations to meet client requirements and company revenue targets.
• Supervise and guide the Events team, outsourced manpower, talents, performers, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, pre-production meetings, and event briefings to ensure all requirements are properly coordinated.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and event progress to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, and client satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities, develop event proposals, and collaborate with the Business Development team to secure new clients and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless event operations.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of event services.
• Develop contingency plans and resolve operational issues, last-minute changes, and other event-related challenges.
• Monitor departmental performance, sales pipelines, budgets, and project profitability, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess client feedback, financial results, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve event processes, team productivity, service quality, and overall client experience.
