Job summary

RELX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee Reed Exhibitions campaigns, ensuring timely completion and achievement of show goals. The role involves planning, organizing, executing and reporting, with accountability for team performance and stakeholder updates.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor productivity, and drive process improvements while coordinating engagement initiatives and reporting to management. The position emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder to follow, already requested from HM.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the timely completion of Reed Exhibitions campaigns.
• Oversee planning, organizing, executing and reporting of campaigns to achieve show goals.
• Onboard new employees and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster employee training, development and coaching; conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Monitor productivity using trackers and telephone systems; provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Lead and participate in team building, strategic planning, and CSR initiatives.
• Submit weekly operation performance status reports to the Reed Exhibitions Manager.
• Generate monthly performance updates for stakeholders; ensure accuracy of reports.
