Job summary

RX Events is seeking a dedicated Events Support Specialist to assist with F-2-F, virtual and hybrid engagements in Metro Manila. You will handle inbound enquiries, prepare documents, update databases, and maintain brand standards across all event materials and data.

You will respond to attendee, exhibitor and conference inquiries via calls, email, chat and social media; assist with registration; and support portals and visitor registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in event support or customer service.
• Ability to follow set instructions and processes.
• Proactive in seeking information to provide accurate customer responses.
• Able to learn enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide event support to all inbound queries.
• Handle all inbound calls, emails, chat and social media inquiries for RX Events.
• Respond to attendee, exhibitor and conference questions regarding registration and show info.
• Facilitate outbound calls to attendees/exhibitors to boost attendance and assist with registration.
• Read and respond to emails for RX Shows daily; manage exhibitor portals and visitor registration.
• Ensure communication is clear, concise, polite, and informative.
• Identify inefficiencies and elevate CRM with improvement suggestions.
