Job summary

Playtime Entertainment Corp. is seeking an Event Specialist in the Philippines to support planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and successful deliveries for partners.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging experiences. You will coordinate and monitor event operations from planning to execution, assist in activations and campaigns, and maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, on-site

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Event Management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and brand-conscious.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor event operations from planning to execution.
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
• Support partnership agreements, renewals, and contract requirements.
• Assist in partner activations, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
• Identify and resolve event-related issues promptly.
