Job summary

Philippine Dragon Media Network Corp. is seeking an organized Events Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of company and client events from pre-production through post-event completion. You will coordinate among internal teams, clients, suppliers, venues, talents, and other stakeholders, and be onsite during events.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment, travel to venues, and work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in events, project management, activations, or similar roles.
• Experience with corporate events, brand activations, automotive events, esports/gaming events, or large-scale productions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events and activations.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, production plans, checklists, and manpower needs.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage suppliers, venues, production teams, talents, and other partners.
• Conduct site visits, venue assessment, and setup coordination.
• Brief event staff and assign responsibilities for execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Coordinate logistics including equipment, transport, food, accommodation, and materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations when needed.
• Monitor budgets, requisitions, reimbursements, and supplier payments with Admin/Finance.
• Identify operational issues and prepare contingency plans.
• Handle urgent concerns during live events and make decisions.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed onsite and maintain documentation.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations with recommendations.
