Job summary

Odoo APAC is expanding with a brand new branch in the Philippines, seeking an enthusiastic Event Marketing Officer to lead our events. You will own the event lifecycle from planning to execution across online and offline formats, engaging business leaders from SMEs to large corporations.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to develop compelling content and promotional materials, while driving attendance through social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in events or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine market and business culture.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; additional Philippine languages a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in technology and eagerness to learn Odoo products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events across the Philippines.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to create event content.
• Drive attendance through social media, email campaigns, and promotions.
• Leverage Odoo apps to manage event pages and content.
• Coordinate with venues and vendors for events and sponsorships.
• Track performance, manage budgets, and prepare reports.
• Support broader marketing initiatives in the Philippines.
