Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in large batches according to standard recipes and event requirements.
• Assist in pre-production and bulk preparation for upcoming events.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage.
• Support breakdown and post-event kitchen clean-up.
