Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients (chop, slice, marinate, measure) according to recipe standards
• Cook menu items across various techniques (grill, fry, sauté, roast, steam)
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
• Uphold food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency standards
• Restock stations and keep ingredients organized
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and prep guidelines accurately
• Coordinate with team members for timely food prep and service
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours
• Properly handle and maintain kitchen tools and equipment
