Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Line Cook for Cafe 17 in Taguig. You will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain station readiness, and help ensure fast, accurate service in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities include following food safety standards, checking ingredients, and coordinating with team to meet timing. Immediate start and Tuesday–Sunday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Line Cook or kitchen staff experience.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule from Tuesdays to Sundays.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Set up and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service.
• Monitor stock levels at the station and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and hazard-free.
