Job summary

EQI Delivery Serve, Inc. is seeking a professional Banquet Waiter to provide courteous food and beverage service at catering events, banquets, and special occasions in Metro Manila. You will manage multiple tables, assist with setup, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.

The role requires a neat appearance, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Education or training related to Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous customer service experience; banquet, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Professional in appearance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and attentive to guest needs.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests during banquets, catering functions, and special events.
• Handle and attend to multiple tables efficiently and professionally.
• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, tableware, and other banquet requirements.
• Take care of guest requests and provide courteous, attentive service.
• Clear and reset tables throughout and after the event.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining and banquet area.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Supervisor and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
