Job summary

EQI Delivery Serve, Incorporated invites applications for an On-Call Event Staff position for an in-house event at Aristocrat Restaurant on Roxas Blvd, Manila. The staff will assist in setup, guest greeting, and food & beverage service to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Requirements include 1-3 years of experience, reliability, punctuality, proper grooming, ability to stand for long periods, and availability on Sept 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Six staff needed for the event.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or event experience is an advantage.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professional-looking.
• Able to work well with a team and follow instructions.
• Physically able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Must be available on September 13, 2026, Sunday, with a 9:00 AM call time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and preparation as assigned.
• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide food and beverage service as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned area.
• Assist the restaurant/event team with operational requirements during the event.
• Follow instructions from the assigned supervisor or event coordinator.
• Maintain professional conduct and proper grooming throughout the event.
• Ensure timely and reliable attendance for the assigned schedule.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the event as assigned.
