Job summary

EVOxCharge Inc. is seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to oversee network operations, service delivery, and overall performance across its EV charging network.

You will lead day-to-day activities, mentor teams, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvements across operations, product workflows, and customer support. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure reliable service and scalable deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in operations management, service delivery, digital operations, or technical customer support.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing operational processes, service performance, and customer support.
• Strong knowledge of operational performance metrics, SLAs, incident management, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day network operations, service reliability, and incident resolution workflows across sites and assets.
• Provide administrative leadership, mentorship, and people management across operations functions.
• Monitor operational health metrics, asset uptime, and SLAs to drive performance improvements.
• Oversee digital product and platform workflows with product leads for smooth user experiences.
• Supervise customer experience and support teams to maintain high service standards and proactive communication.
• Guide data reporting and analytics to turn usage data into actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and commercial teams for deployment readiness.
