Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in business or marketing.
• Experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, schedules, and policies.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Accounting on payments and balances.
• Monitor installation status and provide customer updates.
• Coordinate with Engineers/Technical Team on technical inquiries.
• Maintain records of communications, sales, and field reports.
• Coordinate installation schedules and site visits with the Installation Team.
