Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Customer Service professional (Sales or Aftersales) to deliver an exceptional customer experience as the primary point of contact for customers across our dealership network.

You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, process service requests, address concerns, and coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and other teams to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, Automotive Technology, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, aftersales, or dealership operations.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer concerns while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.
• Must be willing to be assigned onsite to any of our branches in Metro Manila (Alabang and Las Piñas), Bicol Region (Camarines Sur and Legazpi, Albay), or Central Visayas (Tagbilaran, Bohol)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales or Aftersales customers.
• Handle inquiries, appointments, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate follow-ups with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and other dealership departments.
• Promote customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Manage multiple customer concerns while maintaining professionalism.
