Job summary

V-Green Philippines is seeking an EV Charging Station Operation Specialist to lead the handover and operational setup of charging stations with partners, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will train and support partners, perform regular inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot EV chargers, supervise third‑party contractors, and coordinate with technical teams on operational initiatives. Travel across the Philippines is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electronics Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or a technical role.
• Solid understanding of power systems, EV charging technology, and telecommunications.
• Skilled in diagnostics, partner support, and contractor supervision.
• Flexible and willing to travel across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the handover and operational setup of EV charging stations with our partners
• Train and support partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and inventory control of charging equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers to maintain high performance
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure compliance with service agreements
• Coordinate with technical teams and partners on operational initiatives
