Job summary

V-Green seeks an experienced, strategic leader to drive its expansion in the Philippine EV charging infrastructure sector. You will shape market development, build partnerships with government agencies, utilities, and developers, and secure large-scale projects across the country.

You will oversee end-to-end project development, from site selection to deployment, ensuring regulatory alignment and successful execution, while reporting to the CEO/Group leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 15–20 years in business development or strategic leadership within energy/infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record launching or expanding business in PH.
• Strong EV ecosystem or renewable energy understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD and sales strategy for EV charging infrastructure in the Philippines.
• Identify and secure partnerships with government, utilities, developers, fleets.
• Manage end-to-end project development from site to deployment.
• Drive revenue growth via public and private sector projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and operations for execution.
