Qualifications

• Must have Automotive Servicing NC II, NC III, or NC IV certification.
• Preferably with automotive technical training or dealership experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive servicing, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in conducting technical training, workshops, or skills assessments is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in developing training materials and technical presentations.
• Willing to travel for dealer visits, training programs, and technical events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Technical Training Delivery – Conduct training sessions, workshops, seminars, and hands-on technical training.
• Training Materials Development – Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including presentations and manuals.
• Technical Support – Provide guidance to dealership personnel and customers on operation and maintenance.
• Training Assessment & Evaluation – Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
• Advanced Training & Evaluation – Develop engaging content and advanced evaluation methods.
• Digital Education & Social Media Support – Serve as SME for social media content with accurate information.
• Service Warranty Governance – Support warranty policy implementation and review complex cases.
• Strategic Research & Event Planning – Conduct product research and assist in launches and training events.
• Teamwork & Independence – Work independently while collaborating with Service, Sales, and After-Sales.
