Job summary

Ace-Tech Electronics in Metro Manila is seeking a Working Technical & Aftersales Lead to manage client service operations for our EV fleet products, including electric light trucks, e-jeepneys, lithium battery packs, and charging infrastructure. This on-site role combines hands-on repair with field dispatch management.

You own the post-sale customer experience, leading from the shop floor to enforce SLAs and resolve complex issues while coaching technicians.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field service leadership, technical aftersales, or service workshop management (e.g., commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or power systems). Electronic Engineering background a plus
• Strong foundational electro-mechanical diagnostic ability (reading schematics, multimeters, harness wiring). Specific EV and lithium battery systems training will be provided.
• Takes personal responsibility for customer uptime; hands-on on shop floor to hit SLA targets.
• Outstanding verbal and written English; able to communicate technical realities to business owners and logistics directors.
• Drivers License & Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct site visits and emergency field dispatches across Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Primary Technical Interface: Act as the main point of contact for fleet operators, logistics managers, and depot heads; handle escalations with calm, professional, and transparent communication.
• SLA Management & Uptime Focus: Establish, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for diagnostic turnaround and field repairs to keep client fleets running.
• Warranty & Root-Cause Reporting: Explain failure diagnostics and repair plans clearly to clients; coordinate internal reporting between field data and management.
• Lead from the Front: Work alongside technicians on vehicle bays and workbench diagnostic setups - troubleshooting electrical harnesses, swapping battery modules, and performing component repairs.
• Operational Discipline & Quality Control: Develop clear repair checklists, SOPs, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship across the shop.
• Emergency Field Dispatch: Take direct charge of critical field breakdowns across Metro Manila, performing on-site triage and managing spare component swaps.
