Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience supporting European countries.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and tax rules across Europe.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule across Europe in compliance with policies.
• Review and validate timecards, resolve discrepancies, ensure data accuracy.
• Audit payroll registers before funding and conduct periodic audits.
• Provide training to employees on the Time & Attendance system.
• Identify payroll issues and drive process simplifications.
• Review payroll forms and communications for compliance.
• Support new payroll policies and processes for assigned groups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
• Create and maintain SOPs for payroll processes.
• Manage payroll projects and process improvements with minimal supervision.
