Job summary
TXO is seeking an Network & Engineering Manager - Europe to lead cross-functional engagement across Operations, Finance, Customers and Suppliers. You will champion profitable growth, ensure on-time delivery within budget and maximise business benefits across a regional portfolio.
The role requires extensive experience in large transformation programmes, strong financial management, and exceptional stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Programme/Project Management.
- Extensive experience managing large, complex transformation portfolios and programmes.
- Experience in growth-focused environments, preferably telecommunications.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision making.
- Professional qualification in MSP/PRINCE2/APM/PMI/ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
- Strong commercial governance and ability to review contracts and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local point of contact for customers, suppliers and OEMs with strong relationships.
- Lead regional portfolio pipeline and ensure resources, financials and supplier needs are planned.
- Support business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets aligned with pipeline.
