Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead strategic management of our European industrial portfolio. The role is based from any Water Tech office in Milan, Madrid, Budapest, Paris or the UK, with a hybrid or remote arrangement depending on location.

You will own lease transactions, administration for office, industrial and laboratory facilities, and oversee site dispositions. Working with legal and environmental teams, you will drive portfolio optimization, workspace

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate, accounting, finance or related field.
Proven track record in industrial asset and portfolio management.
Experience with lease database management systems.
Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and property compliance.
Workspace planning and facility operations.
Experience partnering with legal counsel and environmental consultants.
Understanding of chemical storage and logistics requirements.
Project management capabilities for complex real estate transactions.
Fluency in English essential, additional European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead operational lease transactions and negotiation projects.
