Job summary

Sourcefit seeks an International B2B Business Development Executive to grow new customers across Europe and the Philippines, with initial focus on Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to order conversion, and coordinate with a China-based team for pricing, documentation, samples, and supply chain support.

Based onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, you will engage in outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and approved channels, maintaining a clean CRM and meeting

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or similar experience; 3–5 for candidates with less direct exposure.
• Experience in nutraceuticals or health-related products preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent English with strong written business communication.
• Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting ability.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers across Europe and the Philippines, with primary focus on European markets.
• Manage territory and pipeline with proactive lead generation.
• Coordinate with China-based team for pricing, docs, and samples.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to order conversion.
• Record activities in CRM and maintain clean pipeline.
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
