Job summary

one.com is seeking motivated customer-focused individuals in Cebu City to join our team. You will provide support to customers across multiple brands, handling chat and email while solving problems with empathy and professionalism.

You will collaborate with internal teams, assist with onboarding, stay informed on products and policies, and have opportunities to upsell relevant services. The role offers PHP 20,000–23,000 per month, plus performance bonuses and health insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and elevate issues when needed.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Stay informed on our products, services and company policies.
