Qualifications

• Experience using EstimateOne.
• Understanding of the Australian construction tender process.
• Ability to read architectural, building and joinery plans.
• Experience working with builders, estimators, subcontractors or suppliers, with strong English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EstimateOne for relevant residential and commercial project opportunities.
• Review and qualify leads based on project type, location, tender stage and suitability.
• Contact builders and estimators to request plans, specifications and tender documents.
• Review architectural and joinery plans to identify stone requirements.
• Send plans to approved fabricators and stonemasons for pricing.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and tender deadlines.
• Record all project, builder, fabricator and quotation details in a spreadsheet or CRM.
• Track each opportunity through the tender and sales pipeline.
• Prepare a weekly report covering projects identified, builders contacted, plans received, quotations requested and pricing returned.
• Handover qualified opportunities to the Australian Sales team with complete project information.

About the Role

Our AU client is seeking a proactive and organised Junior Business Development & Tender Coordinator to support our Australian sales pipeline. The role will focus on identifying suitable construction projects through EstimateOne, contacting builders and estimators, obtaining project plans, coordinating quotations with approved fabricators and stonemasons, and maintaining accurate project records.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience using EstimateOne.
• Understanding of the Australian construction tender process.
• Ability to read architectural, building and joinery plans.
• Experience working with builders, estimators, subcontractors or suppliers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent organisation, follow‑up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Highly Regarded (nice to have)

• Experience with stone, joinery, kitchens or building products.
• Experience with CRM's.
• Previous experience in estimating, tender coordination, sales support or business development.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction‑free) dedicated workspace
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
