Responsibilities

• Estimation & Cost Planning: build first principles and activity-based cost workbooks.
• Tender submissions: prepare and submit detailed estimates.
• Supplier Management & Commercial Negotiation: negotiate pricing and MSAs.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: monitor estimation metrics and report to PM team.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: identify gaps and drive efficiency; engage stakeholders.
