Job Mission / Purpose
The Estate Finance Admin is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the estate, ensuring accurate monitoring, processing, and reporting of estate-related revenues and receivables. The role covers billing coordination, collection monitoring, SAP system transactions, and financial reporting to support effective estate management and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
Revenue & Collection Management
- 1. Monitor and track estate-wide billing and collection activities
- 2. Support efficient collection of various estate-related processes
- 3. Monitor accounts receivable status and assist in follow-ups on outstanding balances
- 4. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate
Financial Monitoring & Reporting
- 1. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of estate financial performance reports
- 2. Support revenue tracking across multiple income streams
- 3. Maintain updated records of collections, billings, and financial transactions
- 4. Assist in providing financial insights to support decision-making
SAP & System Processing
- 1. Perform SAP-related transactions for estate financial operations
- 2. Support creation and maintenance of financial records for locators and service providers
- 3. Process basic financial documents such as billing, requisitions, and receipts
- 4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of system entries and updates
Billing & Account Coordination
- 1. Support accurate billing of estate-related processes.
- 2. Coordinate with internal teams to validate billing inputs and requirements
- 3. Assist in resolving billing and collection discrepancies
- 4. Maintain proper documentation of accounts and transactions
Financial Compliance & Controls
- 1. Support implementation of financial policies and internal controls
- 2. Assist in audit and compliance requirements as needed
- 3. Help ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial records
- 4. Coordinate with different units to ensure proper financial alignment
Administrative & Support Functions
- 1. Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- 2. Provide support for finance-related initiatives and projects
- 3. Assist in improving processes related to billing and collection efficiency
Qualifications
Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Work Experience:
- 2–4 years experience in finance, accounting, billing, or related roles
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage
- Exposure to property management or operations finance is preferred
