Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. seeks a Finance Associate to support daily financial and accounting operations for our property portfolio. responsibilities include invoicing, collections monitoring, and preparing financial documentation and reports.

The Finance Associate will support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the property, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections monitoring, expense processing, financial documentation, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with residents, suppliers, property management teams, and internal departments.
Prepare and process billing statements, invoices, official receipts, and other financial documents.
Monitor accounts receivable, collections, outstanding balances, and tenant/resident accounts.
Assist in accounts payable processing, including verification and recording of supplier invoices.
Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
Monitor property-related income and expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with residents regarding billing, payments, account balances, and related concerns.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding invoices and payment documentation.
Assist with budget monitoring and expense tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
At least internship experience in finance, accounting, property management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in real estate or residential property management is an advantage.
Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, and reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to handle confidential financial information professionally.
