Steadfast Group Limited is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support, administer, and enhance enterprise systems with a primary focus on ERP and finance platforms. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring systems are optimized, maintained, and aligned to business needs.

The role involves incident and change management per ITIL, system upgrades, and driving process automation across ERP and CRM platforms to support finance operations and business transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance/Business or STEM field.
• 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
• Experience in Insurance, Finance and Banking sectors.
• Experience with Netsuite.
• Strong hands-on ERP experience.
• Experience supporting GL, AP, AR, reporting in finance systems.
• Exposure to CRM platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ERP and related finance systems.
• Serve as first point of contact for system issues, managing incidents per ITIL.
• Collaborate with Finance to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy system changes and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end finance processes from a systems perspective.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and implementation projects.
• Support data flows between ERP, CRM and other systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Provide user training and adoption support for new functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on delivery.
