Job summary

Avtel Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a NetSuite Delivery Lead to support successful delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP platform. You will coordinate day-to-day ERP delivery activities, lead stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops, and help ensure projects align with business priorities.

This remote role works with teams across global locations; you will act as Deputy to the NetSuite Programme Manager when needed, providing leadership and continuity for ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business transformation, ERP or similar.
• Experience supporting complex transformation or ERP initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Strong business process analysis and improvement skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• NetSuite experience, preferably OneWorld.
• ERP implementations or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of data governance and change management.
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile.
• NetSuite certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of NetSuite projects, enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day ERP delivery activities, including priorities, risks, issues, dependencies and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different business functions and levels.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and gather requirements.
• Analyse and document business processes and functional requirements, working with technical teams to develop practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes through the ERP platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional ERP resources and support effective team collaboration and delivery.
• Support testing, implementation, change management and user adoption activities.
• Provide recommendations on delivery priorities, risks, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Support governance, reporting and programme planning.
• Act as Deputy to the NetSuite Programme Manager when required, providing operational leadership and acting as a key point of contact for ERP matters.

This is a remote role supporting teams across multiple global locations. Flexibility in working hours is required to deliver training sessions or attend key meetings across different time zones. About the Role

We are looking for a NetSuite Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP platform.

Working closely with the NetSuite Programme Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day ERP delivery activities, lead stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops, support business process improvement, and help ensure projects and enhancements are delivered effectively and in line with business priorities.

You will work across business, technical, data and training teams and, when required, act as Deputy to the NetSuite Programme Manager, providing leadership and continuity for ERP-related activities.

About You

You will have:

5+ years' experience in business transformation, ERP, enterprise systems or a similar environment.

Experience supporting complex transformation or ERP initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Proven experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.

Strong business process analysis and improvement skills.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives.

Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong problem-solving, organisation and decision-making skills.

The ability to constructively challenge requirements and influence stakeholders at different levels.

Experience with NetSuite, preferably NetSuite OneWorld.

Experience with ERP implementations or transformation projects.

Knowledge of data governance and change management.

Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile.

NetSuite certification.
