Job summary

TRT in Philippines seeks a NetSuite professional to support users, lead analytics, and drive integrations across the ERP platform. You will develop SuiteScript 2.x, build NetSuite integrations via REST/SOAP, and optimize performance while contributing to dashboards and reports for managers.

Strong English, independence, and leadership are valued. Experience in React/NodeJS/PHP Laravel is a plus, with a bachelor’s in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x scripts.
• Build NetSuite custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize script performance and governance usage.
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems (CRM, billing platforms, APIs).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
• Experience in web development (React/NodeJS/PHP Laravel) is a plus.
• Understanding accounting, manufacturing, case management, and warehouse practices.
• Able to work independently and lead others.
• Experience with NetSuite forms, fields, custom records, workflows.
• Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
• Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, dashboards, custom forms, and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Lead report writing and analytics efforts for company financial information.
• Lead data and/or related systems integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite, including implementing BI platforms.
• Participate in integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases before migration to production.
• Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.
• Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
• Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.
• Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers, and executives.
• Assist in the maintenance of our integrated platform testing application.
• Complete additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x (Clientscript, UserEvent, Suitelet, RESTlet, Map/Reduce) scripts
• Build NetSuite custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Optimize script performance and governance usage
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems (CRM, billing platforms, APIs)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
• Experience in web development using React, NodeJS, or PHP- Laravel is an advantage.
• Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, case management, and warehouse management.
• Ability to do independent technical work and manage others.
• Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
• Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
• Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms, and creating workflows.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
• At least 2 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform is required.
• Experience generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently; and
• Proficient written and verbal communication English skills.
