Job summary

Steadfast Group in the Philippines is expanding its Finance and Technologies teams. The Business Systems Analyst will support, administer, and optimize ERP and finance platforms, serving as a bridge between stakeholders and IT to drive system improvements and compliant operations.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned incident and change management, data integrity, and collaboration with finance and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and integrations across ERP/CRM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business or STEM fields.
• Willing to accept a 12-month fixed term work.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
• Experience in Insurance, Finance or Banking industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of ERP and finance systems.
• Act as first point of contact for system issues; manage incidents per ITIL.
• Gather requirements from Finance and business units and translate into system solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy system changes and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end finance processes from a systems perspective.
• Maintain system documentation and project artifacts.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and security across systems.
• Support user training and adoption of new functionality.
