Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in Financial Systems Administration or ERP administration.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and user support.
• Proficiency with financial software applications and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain financial software systems (e.g., ERP netsuite, SAP, Oracle Financials).
• Provide end-user training and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions ensuring security compliance.
• Develop system documentation, including guides and training materials.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Perform data reconciliations and audits across financial systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support financial analysis.
• Assist in developing and enforcing financial system policies.
