IOM - UN Migration in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Data and Systems Control Associate to lead ERP access controls and master data governance. You'll coordinate with Finance, ICT, and business units to ensure data integrity and secure role management across HQ and field offices.

Your responsibilities include overseeing user access provisioning, testing data changes, and guiding staff on complex system issues while driving continuous improvements in global finance processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into ERP role workflows.
• Oversee ERP user access provisioning across HQ and field offices.
• Implement updates to central permission rules and prevent conflicts.
• Manage user access reviews and escalate control exceptions.
• Maintain central financial master data with governance.
• Coordinate testing of master data changes before deployment.
• Support synchronization between ERP and external reporting tools.
