Job summary

Heritage Multi Office Products is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant / Infor ERP Specialist to join our team in Quezon City. You will lead ERP system implementations, configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and translate business requirements into system solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP experience, especially with Infor SyteLine/CSI, M3, or LN, and is comfortable delivering user training and system documentation onsite at Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
Knowledge of Infor SyteLine/CSI, Infor M3 or Infor LN is a strong advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical or functional support for ERP applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions.
Support ERP modules related to manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, finance, or other processes.
Coordinate with users, clients, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
Prepare system documentation and provide user training when required.
