Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.

• Previous ERP end-user experience is a plus.
• CPA licensure or academic excellence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes, pain points, and objectives.
• Configure ERP and CRM modules per client requirements.
• Conduct functional testing to validate requirements.
• Create documentation including functional specs and process flows.
• Interact with clients to gather information and provide basic support.
• Collaborate with developers and technical consultants for delivery.
• Oversee deliverables to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems and ensure integration with other apps.
• Design and implement customizations when standard functionality falls short.
• Conduct end-user training sessions on system features.

About the role

As a Business Application Consultant, you will be part of our consulting team, responsible for assisting in the implementation of ERP/CRM solutions for our clients. Under the guidance of the Practice Leads, you will support business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing activities. Your willingness to learn and develop your skills will be essential in contributing to successful project outcomes and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Consultants and clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives

• Assist in configuring ERP and CRM modules based on clients' specific requirements and best practices

• Conduct functional testing to validate that the implemented solution meets the specified requirements

• Assist in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows, to support the implementation process and future reference

• Interact with clients to gather information, clarify requirements, and provide basic support during the implementation process

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and technical consultants, to ensure successful project delivery

• Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring that implemented solutions meet the client's requirements and adhere to quality standards

• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to software and collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with other applications

• Work with technical consultants to design and implement customizations when standard functionality does not fully address the client's needs

• Conduct end-user training sessions to familiarize clients with the system's features and functionalities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any other related courses

• Willing to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounting System Software

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Basic Accounting Experience

• Willing to learn IT related skills and Software

• Previous related experience as an end-user of any ERP software is an advantage

• CPA licensure and academic excellence is an advantage
