Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth discovery sessions and analyze the client's existing business processes
• Utilize your deep knowledge of ERP and CRM functionalities to design and configure tailored solutions that align with clients' specific business needs and industry best practices
• Take ownership of implementation projects, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support
• Mentor and guide Consultants and Associates, sharing your expertise and industry insights to support their professional growth and development
• Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring that implemented solutions meet the client's requirements and adhere to quality standards
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the software. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with other applications, such as third-party software or external systems
• Work with technical consultants to design and implement customizations when standard functionality does not fully address the client's needs. Ensure that any customizations adhere to best practices and can be upgraded smoothly in the future
• Conduct end-user training sessions to familiarize clients with the system's features and functionalities. Provide ongoing support to users during the implementation and postimplementation phase

As a Senior Business Application Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our consulting team,

responsible for leading and executing complex ERP/CRM implementation projects. Your expertise in

business process analysis, solution design, and project management will be instrumental in delivering

successful solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. As a senior consultant of the

team, you will also mentor and guide other Consultants and Associates, contribute to knowledge sharing,

and play a key role in driving the continuous improvement of our consulting services.
